There are many reasons to love my roommate India.
First off her name is India.
She's from Minnesota.
She loves the Avett Brothers and can (and will) listen to them all day.
She smiles all the time.
She loves to cook.
She loves to cook for people she loves.
I love India because this morning she made me this for Breakfast...
... and so I dub her Queen of Pancakes
